How to withdraw money from ATM without an ATM card

How does it feel when you reach the ATM machine to withdraw money, only to realise you have left your ATM card at home?
It is to solve this problem that IndusInd Bank launched its Cash-on-Mobile facility in late 2011 that allows you to withdraw money from an ATM machine without using a card.

First, get registered for the service at any IndusInd branch or ATM via the bank’s Internet banking or the bank's customer service centre. Once registered, you will get a four-digit MPIN that works as an authorisation code.
Now, download the application on your mobile phone or use the SMS channel to receive a weblink for the application. This free-of-cost service brings you the facilities you normally get at an ATM. Facilities include

intra-bank, mobile-to-mobile, mobile-to-account fund transfers and even NEFT.
Go to the IndusMobile application you have downloaded, use your MPIN and make a request to the bank for the cardless withdrawal facility, specifying the amount.
The bank will send you a temporary password. You will have to generate another password for yourself as well through the application.

At the ATM, choose the "cash-on-mobile" option. You will be asked to enter your mobile number, the amount and the temporary password sent by the bank as well as the password you generated. The ATM will dispense cash when when all four match.
You can withdraw up to Rs 5,000 per day through cash-on-mobile. In case of fund transfers through IMPS, the limit is Rs 30,000 per day per transaction and Rs 4,000 using SMSs.
All bill payments come with a limit of Rs 20,000 per day per transaction.
